ESPN at TCA 2017: Ponder, Ryan and Flair; see “Nature Boy” trailer

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – New Sunday NFL Countdown host Samantha Ponder, new NFL analyst Rex Ryan and legendary wrestler Ric Flair highlighted ESPN’s presentation today on the Television Critics Association press tour at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

In September, Ponder will be assuming the Sunday NFL Countdown hosting duties after five years as a contributor to College GameDay; Ryan, an NFL head coach for the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets, will join Ponder on the Countdown desk.

Flair is the subject of the new 30 for 30 documentary “Nature Boy,” which will premiere on ESPN Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 10 p.m. ET.
