Ready And Willing, ESPN Radio’s Fitz And Golic Jr. Compete In The CT National Guard “Media Warrior Challenge”

Ahead of the July 4th holiday, ESPN Radio hosts Jason Fitz and Mike Golic Jr. took part in the inaugural Connecticut Army National Guard Media Warrior Challenge recently at the O’Neill Armory in Hartford – a short drive from the network’s Bristol headquarters.

The duo teamed to compete against local media members in a variety of physical and mental challenges all while celebrating the National Guard.

Said Fitz: “I think one of the things that stands out today … was the pride that so many people here have in being part of the National Guard and the respect that we have for everything that they do. The love that they have for what they’re giving back to our country is really inspiring.”

Said Golic Jr: “A big thank you to all the men and women we met today. Obviously, we can’t thank them enough.”
