The custom jerseys that Dan Shulman, Aaron Boone, Jessica Mendoza and Tim Kurkjian will wear for this weekend’s Sunday Night Baseball telecast.
This Sunday, ESPN will provide coverage of the first-ever MLB Little League Classic on Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell. The St. Louis Cardinals and Pittsburgh Pirates will play at Historic Bowman Field in Williamsport, Pa., in front of a packed house of Little Leaguers, who are also competing across town in the 71st Little League World Series, and their families.
During the telecast, ESPN commentators Dan Shulman, Aaron Boone, Jessica Mendoza and Tim Kurkjian will wear custom MLB team jerseys that display their nicknames. The MLB players will also wear special jerseys with their nicknames on the back and a “Thank You” patch on the shoulder where the big-leaguers can write who helped them throughout their baseball careers, especially during their youth.
